Conclusion *********************** * General Information * *********************** This is a package of audio content, specifically in the form of samples, loops and sample-based software presets/patches, to which designers in the audio, sound-design, gaming and software fields can use to create music, soundtracks, sample-libraries, software, effects or other re-distributable content without the need to make licensing arrangements with DNR Collaborative. ****************************** * END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT * ****************************** By accepting this license agreement, you agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this license. "Accepting" the agreement is defined as purchasing and utilizing the audio data, MIDI data or instrument programming data contained in a commercial sound design, composition and/or distribution environment. This license grants you, the purchaser of the product at hand, the ability to use the audio sample data, MIDI data and instrument programming contained herein as source material within commercial sound libraries, music construction projects/products, and software projects including but not limited to other sound libraries, patch banks for software synthesizers, video game packages, soundtracks and hardware distribution. There are a few restrictions to be aware of: 1. The product must be commercial - freeware projects are specifically prohibited unless permission is granted by a primary principle at DNR Collaborative Designs. Permission can be requested by contacting "support@teamdnr.net" and providing a description of the freeware project to be evaluated and a sample of the current project. 2. The samples cannot be redistributed without alteration - unless being redistributed within a VSTi/AU/RTAS/MAS plug-in or standalone MAC/WIN application for the purpose of altering the material with controls native to the software. 3. This license DOES NOT apply to individuals who have aqcuired this package through illegal means. All other uses within the bounds of audio engineering and sound design are approved by DNR Collaborative and acceptable unless otherwise noted in this license agreement. ************** * CONCLUSION * ************** We aren't lawyers, and don't care to get involved with one specifically for audio products. All we care about is that you're using the samples to make money by creating new, useful and exciting audio and software projects. Don't just release the samples as your own - that's dumb, and not very creative, now is it? Don't go selling these samples on Ebay as your own, or even as our for that matter.
